Seller – SRP RACING PROJECT ADAM STĘPIEŃ, registered office at os. Na Stoku 72h/71, 25-437 Kielce, Poland, entered in the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG), NIP: 6571826736, REGON: 527429420.

1. Carrier and delivery area

All shipments from the SRP RACING PROJECT store are carried out exclusively via the DPD courier service.
Deliveries are made within Poland and to selected European Union countries.

2. Delivery costs (DPD)

Transport rates are fixed and amount to:

  • DPD Poland (domestic shipment): 25 PLN
  • DPD International (EU shipment): 25 EUR

3. Order processing and delivery time

Preparation: Orders are prepared and handed over to the DPD courier within 3 business days from payment confirmation.

Delivery:

  • Poland: Typically the next business day after dispatch (DPD Classic).
  • EU: 3–7 business days depending on the destination country.

After dispatch, the Customer will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor the shipment at www.dpd.com.pl.

4. Packaging and safety standards

In accordance with DPD requirements and the nature of racing products, each shipment is packed in a durable cardboard box. The interior is secured with foil, polystyrene, or fillers to prevent movement of the goods inside the package.

5. Liability and acceptance of shipment

Consumers: Responsibility for the goods transfers to the Customer upon physical receipt of the package from the DPD courier.

Businesses: In non-consumer sales, responsibility transfers to the buyer at the moment the package is handed over to the DPD courier.

6. Damage procedure (DPD standard)

The DPD courier is obliged to allow inspection of the package condition upon delivery.
If external damage to the package is found, please note this on the courier’s scanner or consignment note.

If damage to the contents is discovered after opening the package, contact DPD immediately (preferably within 7 days) to prepare an electronic damage report, or inform us at info@srpracingproject.com, which will facilitate the complaint process.

7. Insurance and additional services

Every package sent via DPD is insured up to the full market value of the goods. Customers also benefit from the DPD Predict service (notification of a 1-hour delivery time window).
