Carrier and delivery area<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All shipments from the SRP RACING PROJECT store are carried out exclusively via the DPD courier service.<br>Deliveries are made within Poland and to selected European Union countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Delivery costs (DPD)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Transport rates are fixed and amount to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>DPD Poland (domestic shipment):<\/strong> 25 PLN<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>DPD International (EU shipment):<\/strong> 25 EUR<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Order processing and delivery time<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Preparation:<\/strong> Orders are prepared and handed over to the DPD courier within <strong>3 business days<\/strong> from payment confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Delivery:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Poland:<\/strong> Typically the next business day after dispatch (DPD Classic).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>EU:<\/strong> 3\u20137 business days depending on the destination country.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After dispatch, the Customer will receive a tracking number via email\/SMS to monitor the shipment at <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.dpd.com.pl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.dpd.com.pl<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Packaging and safety standards<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with DPD requirements and the nature of racing products, each shipment is packed in a durable cardboard box. The interior is secured with foil, polystyrene, or fillers to prevent movement of the goods inside the package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Liability and acceptance of shipment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Consumers:<\/strong> Responsibility for the goods transfers to the Customer upon physical receipt of the package from the DPD courier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Businesses:<\/strong> In non-consumer sales, responsibility transfers to the buyer at the moment the package is handed over to the DPD courier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Damage procedure (DPD standard)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The DPD courier is obliged to allow inspection of the package condition upon delivery.<br>If external damage to the package is found, please note this on the courier\u2019s scanner or consignment note.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If damage to the contents is discovered after opening the package, contact DPD immediately (preferably within 7 days) to prepare an electronic damage report, or inform us at <strong>info@srpracingproject.com<\/strong>, which will facilitate the complaint process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Insurance and additional services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every package sent via DPD is insured up to the full market value of the goods.
