Withdrawal from the Contract
If you are a so-called privileged buyer, meaning: A) a consumer, or B) a natural person for whom the contract you have concluded with us is directly related to your business activity but is not of a professional nature,
you generally have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded remotely.
You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a declaration of withdrawal to us, e.g., via email to: info@srpracingproject.com.
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
The fourteen-day withdrawal period begins when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, take possession of the goods. In the case of a contract covering multiple goods delivered separately, in batches, or in parts, the withdrawal period begins when you take possession of the last goods, batch, or part.
Sending the declaration before its expiry is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Return the returned goods to us immediately at the following address: ul. OS. NA STOKU, nr. 72H, lok. 71, 25-437 Kielce, but no later than 14 days from the date on which you withdraw from the contract.
We will refund your payments immediately in accordance with the terms set out in the Store Terms and Conditions, but no later than 14 days from the date we receive your declaration of withdrawal.
Unless we have offered to collect the goods ourselves, we may withhold reimbursement of your payment until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of sending them back, whichever comes first.
Please note that you do not have the right to withdraw from a distance contract in the following cases:
where the subject of the contract is a non-prefabricated product, manufactured according to your specifications, or designed to meet your individual needs;
where the subject of the contract is a product that spoils quickly or has a short shelf life;
where the subject of the contract is a product delivered in a sealed package that cannot be returned after opening for health or hygiene reasons if the package was opened after delivery;
where the subject of the contract is audio or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in a sealed package if the package was opened after delivery.

Complaints
The following applies to so-called privileged buyers. If you are not a privileged buyer, please refer to our Store Terms and Conditions for detailed information on complaints.
If we fail to properly fulfill the contract with you, you have the right to submit a complaint – preferably by email: info@srpracingproject.com or by post to: ul. OS. NA STOKU, nr. 72H, lok. 71, 25-437 Kielce.
As a general rule, we are liable for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract that exists at the time of delivery and is discovered within two years of that date.
Under the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act, in such a situation, you may request: a) replacement of the goods, or b) repair of the goods.
In certain cases, you may also: a) withdraw from the contract, or b) submit a price reduction request.
